Ok this is kinda pissing me off.
    I have a PS4 Pro 7016B.
Everytime I try to run "linux loader" it keeps saying Not Enough Memory.
I've cleared the cache, tryed different methods, their payload loader site (psxita.it/linux-loader) and Azif's, too.
My PS4 just keeps pop-upping this message in a loop, and sometimes doesn't even let me run Hen normally.
    Any suggestions?

This is normal behavior with HEN payload. Even I still get this message sometimes. Just have to keep trying it will eventually work. Try sending the payload from your pc using a payload sender or run locally.

Cache AlAzifs exploits to your browser/userguide (X-Project coming very soon), reboot your console. Reload browser, run hen, ps button out, reload browser load Linux loader (if standard doesn’t work try the 1GBVRAM version or the noedid version, but don’t use the the 3gbvram version for installation).

    Thank you for your help
I thought that by caching Aziz's userguide I'd just fill the PS4's memory
Actually when I have my WiFi on, Aziz's menu shows a lot more options (as Linux Loader 1GB VRAM/3GB VRAM)
When I disconnect internet, they disappear, even if I cached the page
Will try with the no-edid version I guess
    As long as it works
P.S. The original page loads, but as soon as "Done." comes out, the error message pops up

I don't know if I got this right but, I don't even run "HEN" before running Linux Loader since I don't have to send the payload
    Will try this one, also
Just afraid that after my first install (if I get to it) I won't be able to run Linux since I'll get stuck at that page everytime

@Sergi8 open browser, close all pages and hit options > settings > delete cookies > delete web data.

Then reopen alazifs page and recache all of it: if some disappear after caching = they're not cached.

Caching does not use up PS4 memory, just browser memory (storage/localStorage etc).

Caching sploits and running is proven to cause far less OOM's (out of memory errors) than using a website or host due to decreased packet loss.

I got none of the things you said (and I have an I.T. degree, shame on me)
Edit. Re-read that, now I got it.

But I've tried to do so and keeps saying "Fail" after the message "Not enough system memory"

EDIT2. Doesn't work with any of the Linux Loaders (didn't try the 3Gigs version tho, cause they say it causes problems)

I think the issue is with the linux payload its not stable. Original hen payload was like this until further updates fixed stability. Even mira payload causes the same issue.

For the payload to say FAIL, it means something is drastically wrong, have you tried this link: http://ps3itateam.github.io/linux-loader/

some guides i have seen said to change the ps4 resolution to 1080p or 720p in system settings before sending payload.

    Update:
If I enable HEN I get no more errors but
It keeps saying "Done." and doesn't show up Linux
One time I guess I got a "kernel panic" (?)
    The console turned off itself

Uncached it takes me about 4-5 tries to get it to work. Most at out of memory errors, some seem to work only for the PS4 to shutdown.

It done this to me, just try and try again it will eventually load (had to do it 5 times).
The only problem I have is when I try the VRAM3 method it seems my PS locks up while booting up (blue bar with hints of purple) sometimes while running HEN (if it does not enough sys mem) then it panics and shuts down (I have hardly used my PS since I bought it in 2014)
I have run a PSX game and it loads good (RE2) but I can't seem to install KODI (Im new to linux but tried using terminal)
Also it's stretched the desktop so I can't see the mushroom in the corner and I can't seem to get to system settings to change resolution.

One thing that can help I've found is to load a game then try sometimes although I initially assumed that would be unhelpful, maybe on closing the game the game's memory gets recovered?

Ok just turned my ps on again and noticed that my Al Azif user guide was directing straight to 1.7 HEN exploit (although I managed to clear that when I gt to the cache menu) but the other odd thing is when I try to run the linux payload from the psxitarch webpage it does the 2 security certificates then goes to a blank page? If I try to do it from Al azifs it fails.

This is not an issue with linux this is an issue with the TV.

Look for a setting on your TV to change the picture size. On LG TV's it is called 'Just Scan' mode.
On other TV brand's look for screen-fit, overscan, display area, wide mode or something like that.

I had the exact same problem when I first loaded PS4 linux. My LG was set to 16:9 mode but when I switched it to 'Just Scan' All the screen was now visible.

    Hope this helps.:)

Hi I'm trying to set linux up with a usb hd rather than a usb stick when it says done after going to website nothing happens. If anyone has any advice that would be great. Thanks

No, you dont have to run HEN first but it is advised as it can make running the Linux loader more stable if you do. If you dont want to run HEN first you can run BinLoader instead.

    Here is an explination.
The very first time you run an exploit after you have turned on your PS4 it basically goes through 2 processes.
First it patches the kernel then it runs whatever exploit you have chosen.

After that whenever you run an exploit it just loads that exploit. It does not have to patch the kernel again.

So if you run HEN or binloader first It makes running the linux loader more stable because it is just running the linux loader exploit and not patching the kernel as well.

You can test this out yourself by first rebooting your PS4 then run Binloader and time how long it takes. The first time you run it it will take around 8-10 seconds.(you do not have to send a payload, just exit)
The second time you run it it will only take 4-5 seconds.
This is because the first time it had to patch the kernel and then run the exploit but the second time all it had to do was run the exploit.

Thanks for the reply it's coming up my usb hd is not supported when I turn ps4 on it's formatted as fat32 with right files on it. This might be a stupid question but could that be causing it not to work? All the shops near me are closed just now so can't go and buy a usb stick
